We are back from the Eukanuba Classic and have great news. The Keeshond Booth took a Group 4 during the
Meet the Breeds competition!!! Needless to say we are ecstatic considering this is only our 2nd year helping
with the booth and the booths keep getting better and more elaborate each year.
Set up and Tear Down crew from left to right.

- Steve Pool
- Joy Pool

Each of you were a HUGE help. We couldn't have done it without you.
We would also like to thank the following K-9 volunteers:
- Sebastian Staats

- Ricky Parsons
- Maverick Skillman
- Gunner Skillman
These dogs were really the stars of the show. They were there for long hours and were willing to perform
the same tricks literally hundreds of times for everyone passing by. They were petted and loved on. They
were given treats. If you were there, you witnessed the enormous crowds of people they had to deal with and
walk among when going into or out of the booth whether it was to potty, to go work, or leave from working the
booth. None of them ever complained. They were all real troopers while being in very confined/crowded spaces
and in everything they had to go through this weekend.
We would like to extend a special thank you to:
- Harold & Ursala Frear for designing, building, & painting the 9 foot windmill,
- Donna Staton for designing & painting the backdrop, and
- DD Houchins for putting together and enhancing the powerpoint presentation.
These volunteers spent countless hours getting everything ready for this weekend and their hard work really paid
off.
Everyone of these people and dogs listed above worked very hard. Everyone came away tired and hoarse, but
we all enjoyed getting to know eachother while spreading information about our lovely breed. We can't thank each
of you enough for a job well done!!!
